Most support cases are caused by Discord permissions, role hierarchy, disabled feature toggles, or stale dashboard data. Check those first so the report can focus on the part that still fails.
- Confirm the feature is enabled and saved.
- Confirm the selected channel, role, feed, or schedule still exists.
- Confirm Project Plana can see the channel and perform the action.
- Refresh the dashboard after making Discord-side changes.
